PAYMENT
All payment are due on completion of any service carried out.
Payments must be made in cash or by bank transfer.
Payment is due on receipt of a Detailing Storm invoice, which will be sent to you as a “.pdf" on completion of any service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Whilst my approach to business is one of ease and flexibility, it is still necessary to have some Terms and Conditions in place which are summarised below for all services carried out.
Applicability & Conditions
These are the terms on which we sell all Services to you (the Customer). By ordering any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Personal information
We retain and use all information strictly under the Privacy Policy.
We may contact you by using pre-paid post, e-mail or other electronic communication methods and you expressly agree to this.
Section 1 - General Terms of Work
Prices:
The target prices that aply to our services are displayed on the website. We assume that the vehicle is an average city car and is in average condition, with no excessive soiling, pet hair or other heavy contamination. In the event of heavy contamination, pricing will be discussed with you and may need to be increased or level of service decreased to account.
Supplies:
We carry a big tank of water and a generator in our vans, which means we do not need to access your own supplies to carry the valets however if it is possible and you are happy for us to plug into your electrics (13Amp socket), this is also much appreciated as it will help to reduce emissions and keep the noise down for you and your neighbours. This is however completely optional.
Parking:
All we need is a space next to your car to park safely, legally, and without disturbing traffic.
If the package selected also includes interior cleaning, we also need to be able to open the doors securely on both sides.
We would recommend finding a quiet street or a private car park where we will be able to park and carry the service without disturbing others.
Your car:
To help ensure we complete your valet within the allocated time, and we do not vacum any valuable items please ensure all personal belongings have been removed from the vehicle.
Work space:
When we are carying a exterior or interior service we use tools and producs that can be harmful to others close to the work space.
Weather:
It may be necessary to postpone any booking due to particularly inclement weather. Where this happens, the booking will be remade at the earliest availability. Detailing Storm cannot accept any responsibility or liability arising from cancellations due to weather conditions.
Vehicle sizes/soiling condition:
All prices are based on average vehicle size and condition. Each car is unique in itself and needs a different approach or a longer period of time.
Section 2 - Payment
All payment are due on completion of any service carried out.
Payments must be made in cash or by bank transfer.
Section 3 - Cancellation
Confirmations:
The agreement of a service is concluded after a demonstrable proof of confirmation. This can be done by e-mail or telephone/text message.
No-show:
We appreciate notice if you need to cancel or postpone a booking. In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full price for the service. This may be reduced if the service is then re-booked for a later date.
Section 4 - Complaints
After any service is carryed on your car, a hand-over walk-round will be completed with you and also by this time you signed off on a pre-work inspection any issue that we had found.
If you are not satisfied with our work or believe there is a problem with a service we have provided, damage or missed items must be brought to our attention immediately during post-work inspection.
Damage or dissatisfaction/Insurance:
Should you be unhappy with the result of any service completed us, we need to know about it, similarly if you believe that we have caused any damage to your vehicle. Any such concerns should be raised during the final inspection of your vehicle and in any event within 24 hours of the service being completed.
Excessive soiling:
We will always endeavour to honour any quoted price, however in instances where there is particularly heavy soiling (pet hair, tar spots, fallout, etc) it may be necessary to spend additional time and resources to ensure your vehicle is left in a condition that meets our high standards. Should this be required, any additional cost will always be agreed in advance of the work being completed to ensure both parties are happy with the ultimate results.
